Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Change of mind returns may be approved at our discretion and, if accepted, will be issued as a store credit only. Refunds are only eligible for products that are deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that some Hot Wheels and Monster Jam products may come direct from the manufacturer with minor bends, soft corners, crinkles, or imperfections to the packaging/card backing. These are considered manufacturer packaging variances and are not classified as faulty or damaged products. We do our best to carefully inspect and package all products prior to shipping.
Secondhand, pre-owned, or used toys and cars are sold as advertised and are not eligible for refunds or change of mind returns. Many secondhand items are vintage, collectible, or previously loved products and may show signs of age, wear, or use. This can include minor paint wear, scratches, dings, bends, soft corners, scuffs, packaging imperfections, or other minor cosmetic marks. These are considered part of the condition of secondhand goods and are not classified as faults or damage. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos and product descriptions prior to purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), gift cards, secondhand items sold as used, and sale items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
We also do not accept returns for products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund or store credit has been approved. If approved for a refund, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
